Vinyasa yoga,
Vinyasa is something more than an exercise; Vinyasa helps you to do stretches and strengthens your whole body. Vinyasa also helps you how to control your breath, synchronize movement, and increases flexibility. Each movement is accompanied by one breath; yoga can also be used as a preventive treatment of disease and disorders.
I chose this type of yoga because it helps to improve back pain, and I suffer from many back pains, I work all day sitting and my back pain grows more every day. I also have a lot of stress and I think with this technic I can improve stress. The benefits that Vinyasa has are mental and physical benefits, expels toxins and gives more energy to your body, as I said before also helps release back pain and one of the most important parts is that helps you to lose weight. Vinyasa yoga can be practice by anyone, including children. It does not matter if you are skinny or fat.
I want to start practicing yoga as soon as possible, I will do it at home with my two girls because one of them is a little overweight, and at the same time I can spend more time with them. I thanks to my professor Jennifer because she informed me to do yoga. Its going to be a challenge for me because I haven’t tried yoga before.
